We reserve the right to decline any additional requested work if it runs counter to our professional ethics.

Just as we set high standards for our company, we expect certain things from our clients. We expect our clients to be professional and courteous in all dealings, just as we strive to be. We also expect reasonable requests. If you have procrastinated putting together the required information for your web site, we cannot be expected to make up the difference by rushing to meet your deadline.
